- Expert Coaching: Our staff holds USSF and international licenses, with deep experience at the youth, collegiate, and pro levels.

Tryout Dates, Times, and Locations
We host tryouts each spring for the upcoming seasonal year. All details—times, locations, age groups, and assigned coaches—are posted on our official Tryouts Page. You can also access live results and coaching assignments via our embedded Google Sheet.

- Meadowdale Playfields
- North Creek Playfields
- Evergreen Playfields
- Forsgren Park
Be sure to register online in advance—walk-ups are not guaranteed placement.
What to Expect
Players will be evaluated on technical skill, tactical awareness, physical readiness, and attitude. Sound FC prioritizes players who demonstrate coachability, creativity, and commitment to team development.
Bring:
- Cleats and shin guards

Next Steps After Tryouts
Selected players will receive official invitations by email. Once accepted, the team onboarding process includes uniform ordering, team meetings, and your first summer training block.
