US Soccer "A" License Coach 2019 Washington Youth Soccer Coach of the Year Former NCAA Division I Coach | Coaching professionally since 2008 As a player, I won five State titles, three Regionals, and a National Championship. As a coach, I’ve led teams to State and Regional titles and twice to the US Youth Soccer National Championships. I hold a USSF “A” License, two Goalkeeping Licenses, and previously served as a Coaching Education Instructor.

David creates an inclusive, engaging environment where players are encouraged to think independently, build meaningful connections, and take pride in every aspect of their game. Walt brings a leadership-forward style grounded in discipline, teamwork, communication, and joy. Walt creates cultures where players push themselves, support each other, and take pride in their development, blending passion and purpose into every environment.

With decades of experience, he empowers players to build confidence, resilience, and a lasting passion for the game.

SHAUN WARNER

Head Coach
USSF B License | Multi-Time Coach of the Year in KingCo and Wesco | Seattle Times Coach of the Year | Extensive Youth, High School, and College Coaching Experience. Shaun brings an education-first approach rooted in patience, positivity, and genuine care for his players. His sessions focus on confidence, problem solving, and treating players with the same respect he expects for his own children. Shaun uses soccer to teach life lessons that build resilient, grounded young people who thrive on and off the field.

ADAM FENSTER

Head Coach
Former Collegiate and UPSL Coach | USSF B License | ODP and Sounders Youth Coaching Experience | Evergreen State College Player | Semi-Pro Player in the Netherlands. Adam brings a thoughtful balance of technical development, spatial awareness, and joy to every session. His coaching sharpens decision-making and game insight while keeping players energized and fully engaged. As someone shaped by both American and European playing experiences, Adam works to spark a lifelong love for the game and support players so they stay connected to soccer as athletes, mentors, and leaders.

ADAM SMITH

US Soccer D License | 18 Years Coaching | 35 Years Playing | Multiple WPL Titles | Former Bolton College and Bromley Cross Elite Player. Adam brings passion, personality, and a deep love for attacking football into every environment. His fast, possession-based style focuses on movement, bravery, and expression, building confident players who trust themselves and the game. A lifelong Manchester United supporter, Adam channels the same devotion into his coaching, helping young athletes fall in love with soccer the same way he did and carry that joy into every challenge.

Shannon brings a technical, detail-driven approach centered on repetition, precision, and creativity. Her sessions help players grow quickly while keeping the environment fun, positive, and rewarding. She inspires confidence and work ethic in young athletes and builds spaces where players feel supported, motivated, and excited to pursue excellence.

As someone who grew up immersed in the game, Michael creates environments filled with joy, learning, and shared ambition.

Jabez brings a global perspective to player development shaped by experience across multiple continents and competitive levels. He blends technical sharpness, possession principles, and strong team identity with a commitment to inclusion, positivity, and resilience.
