Annual Leadership Conference

The second annual Leadership Conference is for players, team managers, team reps, BOD, and the SFC admin and technical staff to build on all of the great work we’ve been doing over the last year to make Sound FC the best club in the area. Last year, we dove into breakout sessions related to sport psychology and our club traits of enthusiasm, intention, and togetherness to help define what we all want the club culture to feel like for staff and members.  The result of that work manifested itself in our rebrand as Sound FC.

This year, we expand on those topics and take the brand essence to the next level. We’re looking forward to working with all of our members to develop strong leadership skills and a strong environment for everyone to grow. We will end our weekend with a staff soccer match at Edmonds Community College Triton Field.
